By submitting this application, you:

• declare you are over 18 years of age and a permanent resident of Australia;

• acknowledge receipt of Banking Terms and Conditions (comprising the Banking General Terms and Conditions and Product Schedule) and Notice of Election;
• consent to Greater Bank obtaining a credit report from a credit reporting body about your credit history;
• consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act Declaration and the Privacy and Credit Reporting Policy;
• agree, if not already a member of Greater Bank, to become a member of Greater Bank if this application is approved and to be bound by Greater Bank’s constitution;
• acknowledge membership of Greater Bank includes undertaking to contribute to Greater Bank an amount not exceeding $1.00 if Greater Bank is wound up before you cease to be a member or within 12 months of ceasing to be a member;
• consent to receiving the following electronically: notification of the outcome of this application, including any notice required to be sent to you by law; and account statements, in the event this application is successful.
